2025: A Year of Exams, Excellence, and Evolution Hi, I am Mayur Gund welcoming you at Mayur's Tech Journey. As the curtains fall on 2025, I look back at a year that was defined by grit, transitions, and the discovery of my true passion. From the silent halls of exam centers to the vibrant development labs of Sanjivani, this year has been an unforgettable journey of growth. The Rigorous Start: The year 2025 began with intense pressure. Every student in India knows the weight of the last week of January—the JEE Mains . My preparation was rigorous, and on 12th February, I received my first boost: a 83 percentile in JEE Mains. While I was still processing this, the HSC Board exams arrived in the same month, requiring a complete shift in focus from entrance logic to descriptive writing. The Frustrating Peak: MHT-CET and Mock A March was perhaps the most challenging month of the year. It was a period of constant mock tests. The frustration of stagnant scores and the repeti...
My Induction Journey at Sanjivani College of Engineering
The past few days have been truly transformative for me as I began my journey as a Computer Science and Engineering student at Sanjivani College of Engineering. From 21st August to 30th August 2025, I was a part of Drishti 2K25 – FY B.Tech & MBA Induction Program. This program was not just an introduction to the college but also a strong foundation for the journey that lies ahead.
Throughout these days, I got the opportunity to listen, interact, and learn from industry leaders, deans, HODs, and our respected faculties. Each session was carefully designed to energize, sensitize, and strategize our outlook towards engineering and life.
Some key takeaways that truly left a mark on me were:
🔹Setting clear goals early and working consistently towards them.
🔹Following discipline in academics and personal life as the root of success.
🔹Choosing the right circle of friends who uplift and support growth.
🔹Building a professional attitude that reflects in both words and actions.
🔹Chasing the right mindset – focusing on learning, adaptability, and resilience.
🔹I can do is more powerful than IQ
🔹Degree makes eligible while skills makes employable.
I was especially inspired by the words of alumni and industry experts who shared their real-world experiences. Hearing about their journeys—from campus life to corporate success—gave me both motivation and a sense of direction.
Apart from the serious learnings, the induction was also filled with fun activities, cultural programs, and interactive sessions which made it lively and memorable. I could feel a positive change in myself—becoming more confident, aware, and focused.
Tomorrow marks the official end of the induction, but for me, it feels like a new beginning. I’m stepping into my engineering journey with renewed energy, clarity, and excitement.
I’m grateful to Sanjivani College of Engineering, our respected deans, faculties, and all the speakers who invested their time to guide us. This induction has made me realize that engineering is not just about studying technology—it’s about preparing ourselves to become responsible professionals and better individuals.
Here’s to a journey of learning, growth, and endless possibilities! 🚀
And a great thanks to all the speakers, industry leaders,Deans,HODs and Faculties. Thanks alot
